Sports Performance

Our society glamorizes the lives of athletes and places unrealistic expectations on them as humans. This creates heightened stress for athletes that can lead to anxiety, depression, grief and identity confusion. Jeanne supports athletes in achieving their performance goals while maintaining their sense of self worth. Clients will leave her office knowing that they are enough regardless of outcomes in their chosen sport.

EMDR

A beautiful journey begins when a client can install adaptive beliefs that allow freedom from the past. This highly effective modality allows clients to heal without the pain that can ensue from retelling their story. EMDR is a tool that creates the shift greatly needed for some clients after the therapeutic relationship has been firmly established.
